Shoom Inc. was formed in late 2000 by combining the Digital Services Division of TransData International, Inc. (TDI), known as Ad Express, with Shoom.net, LLC, an Internet web site developer, and with Newspaper Partners, Inc, (NPI) a professional sales and marketing group. During the last five years, the personnel forming this new business have created numerous Web sites and digital applications designed to reduce transaction costs.
